Entries roll in for hospice’s Flagg Cycle Challenge
The popular hospice charity ride will start at Ashgate Hospice, on Ashgate Road, from 9am, on Sunday, July 27, and returns after completing a route around the beautiful Peak District countryside.
All participants will be treated to the specially planned and marshalled route with fantastic landmarks and views and riders can choose to take on a 55 or 25 mile challenge.

The 25 mile route will go from the hospice via Cutthorpe, down to Baslow, up to Curbar and back down to Ashford-in-the-Water, before returning through Pilsley to Baslow and back along the previous route. It then goes to the hospice via Old Brampton.
Once registered, riders will receive sponsor forms, a map and route plan and a secured entry. There are limited spaces for the third annual Flagg Challenge so people are advised to get registered as soon as possible.
However, riders are also welcome to turn up and enter on the day, snapping up any remaining slots with signing-on for all from 8am.
