While the date on everyone’s lips is April 12 – when beer gardens across the country will reopen – there is no need to wait to get your hands on a cold can of something tasty, or three.

1. Brampton Brewery, Chatsworth Business Park, Chatsworth Road, Brampton

2. Peak Ales, Cunnery Barn, Chatsworth
In 2003, Debra and Robert Evans, pictured, uprooted their lives to set set up a microbrewery in Cunnery Barn on the Chatsworth Estate, brewing their first beer two years later.

3. Thornbridge Brewery, Riverside Brewery, Buxton Road, Bakewell
The Thornbridge story began back in 2005, when founders Jim Harrison and Simon Webster recruited two young brewers to brew on a secondhand 10-barrel kit in the grounds of Thornbridge Hall. In 2009 a new, state-of-the-art brewery was built in Bakewell, to meet demand.

4. Eyam Brewery, Eyam Hall Courtyard, Main Road, Eyam
The team behind Eyam Brewery moved to the Peak District from London in 2011, opening a real ale shop in Eyam in 2015. Owner Gervaise Dawson is pictured with Sarah Dines, MP for Derbyshire Dales.
