Hide AdJan Ruston sales director at Barratt East Midlands, said: “We have a strong reputation for building high quality homes in great locations throughout the region which has enabled us to perform strongly despite the uncertainty about the wider economy at the moment.
“One of the key issues for anyone buying a home is getting the right mortgage. What gives us the edge over other people selling homes is that we can provide customers with innovative financial incentives.
“One of these schemes is NewBuy, the 95 per cent mortgage backed by government, which means customers, both first time buyers and home movers, only need a five per cent deposit.”
“We would urge house buyers to get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss what will be available in the local area and how we can help.”
