People are being asked their views on planning guidance for alterations and extensions to houses and on the design of shop fronts in the national park.

The Peak District National Park Authority is inviting members of the public, local businesses, parish councils, planning agents, interest groups, statutory bodies and conservation organisations to comment on two new design documents.

The consultation runs until Monday, April 28.

The documents are available for the public to view on the authority’s website, www.peakdistrict.gov.uk/consultations
