Daniel James Frazer, 33, of Prospect Road, Old Whittington, admitted harassment and breaching a restraining order when he appeared before Chesterfield Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, July 14, via videolink from HMP Nottingham.
Prosecuting, Lynn Bickley said that Frazer had turned up in the dead of night on July 9 at the Chesterfield, and asked to be let in.

Frazer had recently been released from prison on licence following conviction on domestic violence offences against another woman, and was returned to jail to serve out his sentence in full following the July 9 offence.
Mitigating, John Wilford said: “He’s come out of prison and he’s become fairly isolated because he’s not been able to find employment. He’s registered as a minor risk to children, and all of his friends have children so he can’t see them.
“He contacted the Crisis mental health team because he’s been feeling do low and he’s walked all the way to (the address) because he decided he wanted to talk to this lady, when clearly he should not have.”
Frazer was given a further 10 weeks in prison.
