Hide AdSilcock “screamed” at her to leave as he pushed her towards her parked car and his ex shouted for someone to call police as he then threw her car keys over a wall into the nearby cemetery.
He then pushed her into the road, where she fell and landed on her elbow during the March 16 incident.
Magistrates were told the upsetting incident came about after the pair’s relationship – which began in August 2019 – came to an end this year.
The defendant’s solicitor James Riley said the assault was due to an “immaturity” on Silcock’s part.

District Judge Jonathan Taaffe told Silock his actions were “criminal” and “disrespectful” however he added “in fairness” the defendant had accepted that.
He said: “They were the actions of a young man who was desperately upset the relationship had come to an end - but they were also domestic violence.”
Silcock, of Cheedale Avenue, Loundsley Green, admitted assault by beating.
