Hide AdBecky Allsop, prosecuting, told how Stocks drove away in her car while three times over the legal drink-drive limit.
After attending the scene of the pub on July 30 last year police later found the young woman in her Volkswagen Polo broken down on nearby Buttermilk Lane and having a wheel changed.
Chesterfield Magistrates Court heard how Stocks - who had visited “a couple of pubs” with friends that night - accepted that she was over the limit and “regretted it”.
Stocks’ solicitor Kirsty Sargent told the court how Stocks “had not intended to drive home” however she was “placed in real fear of these individuals knowing they were her ex partner’s friends”.

Hide AdMs Sargent said: “Miss Stocks is diagnosed with autism and is currently having counselling - sometimes she doesn’t react to situations in the way others would.
“She didn’t set out to drive away but only did it as a result of these individuals.”
Magistrates, taking the reasons for Stocks’ driving under the influence into consideration, banned her from driving for 12 months and ordered her to undertake a drink driving course.
