Drink-drive dad arrested while on school run in Clay Cross
A dad has been arrested in Clay Cross today after he was found to be over the legal drink-drive limit while on the school run.
Derbyshire Roads Police Unit said the man was arrested while picking up two children from school.
The man was given a breath test and blew 57 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
The police tweet said: "The most vulnerable at risk. Do this to your children and expect a child safeguarding referral from us. #DontDrinkAndDrive #Think."
