Hide AdA spokesperson said: “This is incredibly frustrating, especially for Dave Kiddy, Peter Hardy and Julie and Alan James who have all spent months organising it.
“They all deserve our heartfelt thanks. However, all is not lost because we will be hosting the IWA National Trailboat Festival at the end of May 2021.
“All of our tripboat cruises – public trips and charters – have been cancelled until August at the earliest.”
The trust hopes its walking festival in September can still go ahead.
