SLIDESHOW: Shirebrook into top six after win
There was one change from the previous week with Connor Griffin coming in to make his debut at left-back.
Shirebrook started strongly and took the lead in the tenth minute when Greenfield played a short corner to Outram and his cross found Jake Currie who headed home.

Hide AdShirebrook had a number of opportunities to extend their advantage with Greenfield, Outram, Currie, Johnson, Fox and Getliff all making the keeper work and with Penistone struggling to muster much of an attack the sides went in at the break with just the one goal separating them.
Shirebrook again looked stronger at the start of the second-half but still couldn’t find a second goal and were almost made to pay but Dean was determined to keep his clean sheet.
Shirebrook went close with a Greenfield shot hitting the bar but Shirebrook did finally get the second goal when they hit Penistone on the counter and Greenfield burst through to chip the keeper.
Shirebrook were forced to finish the game with ten men after sub Hargreaves limped off injured with all three subs used but it didn’t matter as in the 90th minute Getliff won the ball and found Greenfield who set up Outram to score his first goal for the club.
